Assessment & KPI Officer (KPI)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare the KPI formulation, monitor, evaluate implementation, summarize and report KPI achievement.
* Conduct manpower planning and optimization including KPI's System based on Competency.
* Capable on developing job and performance analysis.
* Deploy effective processes for succession planning, performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed.
* Coordinate and career development programs.
* Provide administrative and operational support to team.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Mathematics, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Male / Female in a good health - ages between 25 to 30 years old.
* Good track record as a people developer, KPI's system, grading and organization structure.
* Strong analytical, logic thinker, & numeric ability (statistical) with sociable attitude.
* Have a strong passion in people development, performance data analysis.
* Good in statistic computer literate.
* Have a creative mind to represent data in a simple yet impacted manner.

Graphic Designer (GDS)

(Full time)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and creating graphics design for promotional activities.
* Able to collect and manage survey data customer, as administrator.

Requirements:

* Male or female (prefer), max. 25 year(s)-old, single.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Graphic Design or equivalent.
* One year experience for Diploma, or fresh graduate applicants for Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply.
* Fluent with Adobe programs (min. Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDraw, Microsoft (esp. Visio).
* Strong administrative and concern to detail.
* A good organizational skill to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
