Daftar Gaji PNS 2010 Setiap Golongan

Pemerintah berencana menaikkan gaji pokok dan tunjangan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) pada tahun depan sebesar rata-rata 5 persen. Selain itu, pemerintah juga akan menaikkan tunjangan secara signifikan kepada PNS di 12 departemen atau lembaga yang akan menjalankan program reformasi birokrasi.  Mengacu pada Peraturan pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2009 dengan Perubahan Kesebelas atas PP Nomor 7 tahun 1977 Tentang Peraturan Gaji PNS yang diterbitkan awal Januari 2009, pemerintah menetapkan gaji terendah dan tertinggi PNS, berikut ini…

Gaji pokok PNS terendah sebesar Rp 1.040.00 untuk Golongan I a dengan masa kerja 0 tahun. Dan gaji pokok tertinggi sebesar Rp 3.400.000 bagi PNS golongan IV e dengan masa kerja 32 tahun.

Gaji pokok ini tidak termasuk tunjangan yang diberikan kepada PNS. Jika memasukkan tunjangan, take home pay terendah PNS bisa dilihat di sini.

3. Programmer (PROG)

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

· Having deep knowledge of PHP and Microsoft SQL is a must

E. MANUFACTURE

1. Project Manager (PM)

Responsible for pre, during and post of all project activities

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Food Technology or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Having work experience in starch production with a minimum of 3 years.
* Excellent command of English, both oral and written
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
* Ability to travel is a must

2. R&D Supervisor (RDSPV)

Responsible for coordinating the R&D and business development activities

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

· Having a minimum of 3-4 years experience of research and development in chemical manufacturing

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Preferably residing in Gresik/Surabaya; but those who resides outside mentioned area and willing to be posted in Gresik are encouraged to apply

F. HUMAN RESOURCES

HRM – Data Entry Staff (HRMDESF)

Responsible in maintaining data of application system and administrative works

Requirements :

· Graduate of Information Management / Business Administration

· Having 1 – 2 years experience of data entry activities and related administrative works; preferably in maintaining Employee Database using Human Resource Application System

· Accustomed to work with computer; familiar with MS Office and Internet operating

G. GENERAL AFFAIRS

Maintenance ( MNT – Elect. )

Responsible in coordinating and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipments (including installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance)

Requirements :
