Penipuan dan Cara Kerjanya (SMS PULSA, CALO CPNS, Transfer Rekening,dll)

Penipu (Calo) yang mengaku bisa membantu itu ada triknya (pakai matematika yaitu teori peluang):

1. Pelaku menawarkan janji manis ke banyak calon pelamar CPNS (semakin banyak semakin bagus seperti orang pegang kupon undian)

2.Pelaku selanjutnya meng copy nomor ujian anda dan nomor rekening tabungan anda serta bikin perjanjian bermeterai kalau lulus harus bayar

3.Pelaku selanjutnya duduk manis menunggu pengumuman ( pelaku tidak punya koneksi dengan orang dalam tapi mengaku punya untuk meyakinkan korban)

4.dari ratusan orang yang dia janjikan untuk dibantu misal 100 orang aka hanya ada 10 orang yang lulus krn usahanya sendiri saja untungnya sudah besar karena modal dia cuma beli materai 6 rb.

5.Untuk meyakinkan umumnya tarifnya 50 jt s.d 100 jt per orang yang lulus alasannya harus dibagi sebagai pelicin dengan orang dalam.

6. Penipuan model demikian juga yg sekarang marak seperti kirim mama pulsa, transfer saja ke rekening ......

NB: dalam kasus penipuan rekening atau pulsa sepertinya si penipu bodo krn tidak mkn orang percaya... padahal dia pintar yaitu pakai teori peluang dimana dari ribuan SMS dikirim pasti ada yang diterima orang yg lagi antri di bank dan antriannya hampir sampai kasir padahal dia lagi menunggu nomor rekening. krn dalam tekanan hampir sampai giliran maka tanpa pikir panjang langsung ditransfer. nah kalau itu transaksi penjualan rumah atau tanah kan lumayan gede dapatnya. Dalam kasus CPNS sudah terlanjur dinodai penerimaan lewat ORANG DALAM kalau mau lulus maka pada saat reformasi birokrasi berhasil dan penerimaan bersih terlanjur orang tidak percaya kalau tanpa uang bisa lulus tes. Akibatnya Calo lebih dipercaya oleh pelamar CPNS yang tidak PD. Dalam jangka panjang kerugian akan semakin panjang karena si korban yang akhirnya ketrima atas usaha sendiri merasa bahwa dia keterima karena calo sehingga merasa bersalah menghantui seumur hidup dan setiap ada berita PNS dikeluarkan karena ulah calo maka dia akan jantungan dan tidak bisa tidur nyenyak (padahal dia lulus murni). Hati hati model penipuan yang semakin canggih karena ini pengalaman saya yang sesungguhnya.
