A. Finance Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Support in developing and maintaining the company's financial model, industry analysis and business case analysis.
- Analyze and control investment (capex, inventory, projects)
- Support receivable or revenue cycle
- Perform monthly reviews of profit and loss
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of results versus objectives.
- Identify weakness in internal control and suggest improvements
- Assess and highlight opportunities for increased cost efficiencies
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Min. bachelor degree in finance/ accounting/ business management, or equivalent
- 3-4 years experiences in related field
- Posses good working knowledge and understanding of financial analyst is a must
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skill
- Must have initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
- Posses high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- English proficiency and computer literate
B. Accounting & Tax :
Responsibilities :
- Handle invoices & checking payment to vendors
- Input daily transcation of AP, AR and Bank
- Prepare transaction reconciliation of AP, AR, Tax and Bank
- Making balance sheet & incoming statement
- Accounting & Tax Reporting
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Min.bachelor degree in accounting / finance/ taxation or equivalent
- 2-3 years experiences in related field
- Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
- Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including tax reporting
- English proficiency and computer literate
C. Human Resources (focus on Recruitment & Compensation) :
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- English proficiency and computer literate
- Having experiences in recruitment, training, development and compensation area min 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Interested in people development
- Maintaining HR database
- Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Having pleasant personality
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Having good understanding about Labor Law
D. Office Manager & GA :
Responsibilities :
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational
effectiveness & efficiency
- Assign & monitor administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Implement and ensure filling system are maintained and current
- Establish procedure and monitor record keeping
- Prepare operational reports & schedule to ensure efficiency
- Handle customer inquires and complaints
- Support to manage indfrastructure & utility maintenance
- Responsible for company's assets maintenance
Requirements :
- Female max 35 years old
- Min D3 from business managament / secretarial/ administration or related area
- Having min. 2 years in related area
- English proficiency and computer literate
- Able to work under pressure, discipline
- Full of ideas and highly creative
- Able to handle multiple tasking at the same time
E. WEB Developer :
Requirements :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Posses out of the box logical and critical thinking
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Mastering Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and other web development software
- Scripting : XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, Jquery
- Skillful in Flash Actionscript, Javascript, PHP and MySQL will be an advantage
- Able to work with team
- Able to work under pressure and meets deadline
- Fast learner and eager to learn
F. Barista
Requiremets :
- Male / Female max 30 years old
- Min. D3 in hotel / tourism / food & beverage educational background
- Having min 2 years experience as barista
- Good personality
- Good looking, pleasant, charming, outgoing person
- Willing to work in shift
- Strong team player and able to work in a fast paced working environment
